Kelcy Lee Warren is a well-known American entrepreneur who currently works for Energy Transfer Partners, where he holds the positions of chairman of the board and chief executive officer. On November 9th, 1955, Warren was conceived in the United States of America. Hugh Brinson Warren and Bertie Lee Kirby are the parents of four sons; the youngest of those sons is named Kelcy Warren.
