Luisa Sonza Biography and Career:

She is still quite young. Luisa Sonza was born on July 18, 1998. She might have been able to claim being born in the 1990s, but she was not able to live through it. She was only two when the year 2000 was formally ushered in, and instead of the traditional upbringing so many 90s kids had before her, she spent her formative years growing up with cell phones and social media.

She was raised in a magnificent home, but it wasn’t ostentatious or extravagant. She was raised in Brazil with her mother and father. Her father was a rancher by trade. Her mother was an educator. They were a happy family with a lot going on, but they were neither wealthy nor well-known.

When she was still pretty young, a group called Sol Maior hired her as a child singer. During her childhood and teens, she spent around ten years travelling with the group and performing in small communities. Each month, she performed in over 24 shows, which is a lot for a child her age.

She began gaining followers on YouTube. What truly set her apart from the other aspiring singers was her YouTube Channel, which she had at the time she was rising to fame in Brazil. In 2014, she made the decision to start posting videos of herself singing cover songs, and she quickly developed a fan base that propelled her career.

She is divorcing. She first began dating Whindersson Nunes in 2016. He is a fellow YouTuber, and they were both young. They separated less than two years after being hitched, about a year after getting engaged, and roughly seven months after they first started dating.

Sonza singled out Rebolar (Twerking), a track from her debut EP, in January 2018. The video’s YouTube peak was at number one. Rebolar (Remix), an EP featuring the song’s five remix tracks, was released in March.  Sonza played Julinha in a special episode of the Brazilian TV sitcom Dra. Darci (Dr. Darci) that aired in June 2018.

She released Devagarinho (Step by Step) in July, and it debuted at number 50 on Spotify’s Brazil list. Sonza was asked to perform Silva’s song Nunca Foi Sorte (It Was Never by Chance) for the music of TV Globo’s telenovela O Sétimo Guardio in October 2018 by soap opera writer Aguinaldo Silva.
