Dr Rachel Levine Biography and Career:

She holds a Master of Science and a Doctor of Philosophy in Communication Pathology in addition to a Bachelor of Science in Logopaedics. Dr. Leaf focuses on cognitive and metacognitive neuropsychology. Since the early 1980s, she has been conducting research on topics including the nature of mental health, the formation of memory, and the connection between the mind and the brain. She was one of the pioneers in her field and was one of the first to investigate how the brain can change (also known as neuroplasticity) in response to specific mental input. She turned her theory of how we think, build memory, and learn into tools and processes that have transformed the lives of hundreds of thousands of people with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE), learning disabilities (AD), and other conditions.

She has assisted hundreds of thousands of students and adults in learning how to use their minds to detoxify and grow their brains in order to succeed in every aspect of their lives, including school, university, and the workplace. She has done this by teaching them how to use their minds to grow their brains .In addition, Dr. Leaf is the best-selling author of numerous books, including “Switch on Your Brain,” “Think Learn Succeed,” “Cleaning Up Your Mental Mess,” and many others. She gives lectures at academic conferences, medical meetings, and neuroscience conventions, as well as to a variety of audiences all over the world. Dr. Leaf is currently conducting clinical trials using the 5-step programme that she developed while working in private practice to further demonstrate the efficacy of mind-directed techniques to help relieve mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and intrusive thoughts.

The purpose of these clinical trials is to further demonstrate the effectiveness of mind-directed techniques to help relieve mental health issues. The primary goal of these clinical trials is to reduce the stigma associated with mental health issues while also making mental health care more reasonably priced, applicable, and accessible on a global scale. She has given lectures on her groundbreaking program, Switch on Your Brain, which combines the 5-Step Learning Process® with the Metacognitive-MapTM learning tool, to tens of thousands of students and businesspeople all over the world. She developed the Geodesic LearningTM theory as well as the metacognitive-mapping approach (how we think and process information), both of which have been shown to increase thinking, behavioral, and academic performance by anywhere from 35 to 75 percent.

This ground-breaking theory has made a significant contribution to our understanding of the science of thought by providing an explanation of how thoughts originate, how we process information, the power of the non-conscious mind, and the connection between the non-conscious and conscious levels of mind. The theory proposes that everything you say and do is first a physical thought in the physical brain, a thought that you built with your mind. This thought is stored in the physical memory of the brain. You think, and then you act, which causes a feedback loop that loops back to the initial thought, modifying that thought as well as the thoughts that are connected to it in a dynamic interrelationship. Dr. Leaf’s research and theories have been the subject of numerous interviews in newspapers, on radio, and on television shows, and she has been published in a number of articles that have been published in academic journals as well as consumer magazines.

She has made it her mission in life to show people the power of the mind, instruct them on how to keep their thoughts and feelings under control, educate them how to think, and assist them in finding their sense of purpose in life. She routinely gives talks to audiences all around the globe, connecting the scientific principles of the brain to topics relating to spirituality, intellect, and emotions in a manner that is easily understandable and applicable. She is a public speaker, and her subjects include a wide range of issues connected to how the mind affects the brain via greater thinking, and therefore, enhanced cognitive abilities. She obtained a bachelor of science degree after completing her undergraduate studies in South Africa at the University of Cape Town. After that, she finished her graduate studies at the University of Pretoria in South Africa, where she also earned her doctoral degree in philosophy.

Her research on neuroplasticity has resulted in the publication of a number of books and papers, and she has also participated in a variety of radio and television appearances, in addition to recording video lectures and podcasts on the topic. I have a Master of Science and a Doctor of Philosophy in Communication Pathology, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Logopaedics. I am a communication pathologist and cognitive neuroscientist who specializes in cognitive and metacognitive neuropsychology. Since the early 1980s, I have been doing research on the nature of mental health, the relationship between the mind and the brain, and the process by which memories are formed. My years of clinical practice and my work with thousands of underprivileged teachers and students in my home country of South Africa and in the USA allowed me to develop my theory of how we think, build memory, and learn into tools and processes that have transformed the lives of hundreds of thousands of people who have suffered from Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE), learning disabilities (ADD, ADH), and other conditions.
