Frank Marshall Biography and Career:
Originally from Glendale, Calif., Jack Marshall, a musician, gave birth to Frank Marshall. In 1966, his parents took him to a John Ford director’s daughter’s birthday party, which is how he got his start in the business. Films ranging from The Sixth Sense by M. Night Shyamalan to Seabiscuit by Gary Ross have all been produced by Marshall, who has been nominated for five Academy Awards.
Additionally, Marshall has been recognized for his work with UCLA’s Alumni Professional Achievement Award, the California Mentor Initiative’s Leadership Award, and the prestigious American Academy of Achievement Award.
