Hank Phillippi Ryan Biography and Career:

Hank Phillippi Ryan is an American journalist who was born Harriet Ann Sablosky. She now works as an investigative reporter for Channel 7 News on WHDH-TV, which is a local television station in the city of Boston, Massachusetts. She is also a novelist, and she writes mysteries.

Ryan was born and raised in the city of Indianapolis, Indiana. Both at the Western College for Women in Oxford, Ohio and at the International School in Hamburg, Germany, she received her education. Her first job in broadcasting was in 1971 as a reporter for WIBC radio.
