Kenneth Copeland Biography and Career:

Kenneth Max Copeland, born on December 6, 1936, is an American televangelist, lecturer, singer, and public speaker. The book he wrote, “The Secret,” has sold millions of copies around the world and been translated into dozens of languages. The Charismatic Movement is the primary focus of his research and numerous publications. Copeland is well-known for teaching a doctrine commonly known as the prosperity gospel. Many of the complaints about him have to do with this theme, which appears frequently in his lectures.

American televangelist, keynote speaker, and author Kenneth Copeland is a household name. All believe that he was an early proponent of what would become known as the Charismatic Movement. Kenneth Copeland’s writings, including books and speeches, have been widely distributed internationally. After founding the organization Kenneth Copeland Ministries, he is presently leading it as its president.

Kenneth and the woman hitherto known to him only as Gloria Niece were married on April 13, 1963. They are the parents of John Copeland, Kellie Copeland Swisher, and Terri Copeland Pearsons, among other members of the extended Copeland family. All of the Copeland family, including Gloria and the kids, works for Kenneth Copeland Ministries, a Christian nonprofit that does charitable work.
