Kuami Eugene, whose real name is Eugene Kwame Marfo and who was born on February 1, 1997, is a highlife and afrobeat singer-songwriter from Ghana. He goes by the stage name Kuami Eugene. He is well-known for numerous of his songs, some of which include “Angela,” “Wish Me Well,” “Ohmae,” and a great number of others. Both the Ghana Music Awards UK and the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards presented him with the New Artist award, both of which he won. In addition to that, he was awarded the title of Most Promising Artiste in Africa by (AFRIMA).

In 2016, Kuami Eugene participated in the fifth season of the reality competition programme MTN Hitmaker in Ghana. In that season, he finished in third place overall, which was his best result. Soon after that, he was given a recording contract with Lynx Entertainment, and the company has since issued a number of songs using his vocals.
