Lukas Graham is a Danish pop trio, and if it appears as if they sprang out of thin air, that’s because they kind of did. Lukas Forehammer, the band’s frontal, spent his childhood in a rough and tiny area in Copenhagen known as Christiania. Christiania was established by anarchist squatters and now has an estimated population of roughly 800 residents, according to Forehammer.
