Olly Alexander Biography and Career:

Olly Alexander is a musician and singer-songwriter from the United Kingdom who is now associated with the synth-pop band ‘Years & Years.’ The music of the band Years & Years, which was formed in 2010, has been described as having elements of electropop, R&B, and house music from the 1990s. In addition to it, he also acts. Alexander, who was born and raised in Yorkshire, had an interest in performing at an early age in his life. Olly Alexander is the son of Vicki Thornton, who was one of the co-founders of the Coleford Music Festival. Olly Alexander was born on July 15, 1990 in Harrogate, Yorkshire. He received his primary education at St. John’s Primary School in Coleford, then continued his education at Monmouth Comprehensive School before enrolling in the performing arts program at Hereford College of Arts.
