Blase Thomas Golisano was born on November 14, 1941, in the town of Irondequoit, which is a big suburb of Rochester and is in the state of New York in the United States of America. In 1979, he was able to persuade his business partners and franchise owners that they would be better off working as one company. In the end, all 18 locations were combined into a single private company called Paychex Inc., and Golisano kept his positions as President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of the company.
