Andy Garcia Biography and Career:

A filmmaker and actor from the United States, Andrés Arturo “Andy Garca Menéndez was born on April 12, 1956. Alongside Kevin Costner, Sean Connery, and Robert De Niro, he initially gained notoriety in the 1987 film The Untouchables by Brian De Palma. He kept acting, appearing in movies including Internal Affairs and Stand and Deliver in 1988. (1990).

The Godfather Part III (1990), a film by Francis Ford Coppola, featured him as Vincent Mancini opposite Al Pacino, Diane Keaton, and Eli Wallach. A nomination for Best Supporting Actor at the Academy Awards was given to him for his work.He proceeded to perform in Hollywood movies such Stephen Frears’ Hero (1992), the love triangle drama When a Man Loves a Woman (1994), and the suspense thriller Desperate Measures (1998).
