Donny van de Beek Biography and Career:

Donny van de Beek is a Dutch professional footballer who now plays as a midfielder for Manchester United, competing in the Premier League. He was born on April 18, 1997. In 2008, he became a student at the Ajax Academy. In the 2015 season, Van de Beek made his first appearance for the club in a match against Celtic played in the UEFA Europa League. During the 2016–17 season, Ajax made it to the final of the Europa League. However, they were ultimately defeated by Manchester United.

Van van Beek cemented his place as an essential member of Ajax’s starting eleven throughout the 2017–18 campaign. Following the conclusion of the 2018–19 season, in which Van de Beek helped Ajax advance to the semifinals of the UEFA Champions League, he was included on the shortlist of thirty candidates for the Ballon d’Or award. While playing with Ajax, he brought home the Johan Cruyff Shield, the KNVB Cup, and the Eredivisie championship.

While cutting the purpose, his head made contact with that of an opposing player named Joona Toivio, which resulted in bleeding from his left eyebrow.
