Marco Antonio López Jr. is a politician who was born in the United States on April 7, 1978. He has served in governmental roles that were elected as well as non-elected, such as the position of mayor of Nogales, Arizona, executive director of the Arizona-Mexico Commission, policy adviser to Arizona Governor Janet Napolitano for Mexico and Latin America, and director of the Arizona Department of Commerce, amongst other positions.

These receipts and records revealed a payment that had been made.

According to the data that the Agenda and a Mexican news organization were able to collect, the payments that were made to López’s business were routed via a bank account in Switzerland as well as a company that was handled by the suspected intermediary of the bribery conspiracy. It is alleged that Lozoya collected payments totaling more than $4 million from the Brazilian company Odebrecht, which is in the construction contracting business.
