Mina Smallman Biography and Career:

Born on the 29th of October in 1956, Wilhelmina Tokcumboh “Mina” Smallman is a retired Anglican clergyman and former school teacher living in the United Kingdom. Since September 2013, when she was appointed to the position, she has been the Archdeacon of Southend in the Diocese of Chelmsford. She retired in December 2016. She was the first woman from a black and minority ethnic background to be appointed to the position of archdeacon in the Church of England.
