Pensacola Blue Wahoos Biography and Career:
The Pensacola Blue Wahoos are a Minor League Baseball team that plays in the Gulf Coast League and is based in Pensacola, Florida. They are the Double-A affiliate of the Miami Marlins and participate in the Gulf Coast League. They compete in the American League’s Double-A South division, which is comprised of teams from across the world. Captain Fetterman Field, where the team’s home games are held, also serves as the team’s administrative headquarters and offices.
They have their headquarters in the city of Pensacola, in the state of Florida. Carolina Mudcats were a minor league baseball team that was originally based in Zebulon, North Carolina but were relocated to Pensacola, Florida, in 2012 after spending the previous season in Pensacola, Florida. Before that, they were a part of the Southern League, which operated from 2012 until 2020 and consisted of teams from the Southern states of Georgia, Alabama, and Florida.
